No Small Print.

 

I am committed to first-class customer satisfaction, that's why there is not a mile of small print for you to have to read and be flustered with.

 

All that is asked is that you have a read through the following statement.

 

Most engineers and service providers charge a call-out fee, most are extortionate.

 

This means that you can owe well over £100 for someone ringing your doorbell!

 

My customers don't like that and neither do I. I never charge a call-out fee for residential customers.

 

When you call me I will gather as much information as possible about the work you need doing to give you the most accurate quote I can.

 

There may be a minimum charge depending on the work required which will be advised during the booking.

 

There MAY be a call-out charge for business customers depending on the detail of the work required and the information gathered. I ask that a minimum of 24 hours' notice be given should a visit have to be cancelled or postponed. Should the job be booked on the same day as the visit, a minimum of 2 hours' notice. There may be a charge made should less time be given.

 

Should there be no-one in when an appointment has been arranged or work can't be completed due to no fault of my own, there will be a charge.

 

Payment is due immediately upon completion of work. If an invoice is issued for completed work this is due by the end of the day the work is completed.

 

Where an invoice has been issued to a business and an agreement for later payment discussed, this is due no later than 30 days from the date issued.

 

For ANY late payment there may be further costs added or action taken.
